Paul Offierski – President

For over 20 years, Paul has built the company of PAO Horticultural into a thriving business, offering wholesale and retail nursery stock, expertise in large tree moving and is branching out into custom statuary. Paul keeps a sharp eye on the industry and has proven to be a leader in innovation and adapting with the times and trends of the business.

Mari-Ann Goettsch

– Sales and Office Adminstrator

Mari-Ann joined PAO in 2007 as a summer student and took over the job as Sales and Office Administrator. She runs the daily operations at PAO and Redleaf Horticultural and keeps everyone on track. Mari-Ann has excellent organizational skills and very quickly has picked up a vast knowledge of our products and services available.

Brian Targett – General Manager

Brian Targett is the man who gets things done. He has over 12 years of experience working at PAO as our expert large-tree mover and heads up all tree installation projects. Recently, a client described Brian as the PAO Quarterback.From a 60 ft. beech tree weighing 140 tons to a 10 ft. blue spruce going through a 36″ gate, Brian has the experience to complete the job with safety and ease and above all, protecting the plant that he is installing.

Wayne Richardson – Nursery Manager

Wayne runs the nursery operations at PAO. He manages over 100 acres of nursery production and works hard to keep all our plants in prime condition for our clients. Wayne’s background is in environmental science and he has a keen interest in plants. He’s always happy to help out with plant selection and will advise customers on the best alternatives giving the growing conditions and the needs of the landscape.

Clint Cripps – Project Manager

Clint has been with PAO for more than 15 years. In that time, Clint has participated in every aspect of the business, from sales to installations. Clint’s duties range from keeping all the equipment operational to making sure the computers are up and running. For field stock or yard stock, Clint has usually got the answer or will find the information out for you quickly and easily.

Shaun Vickers – Customer Relations/Deliveries

Shaun has worked here at PAO for over 10 years. He’s the face that most everyone sees, as he’s the man delivering the trees, the mulch and the equipment. Shaun also assists on planting projects. Shaun has a difficult job and does it with ease and good humour.

Toni Athaas – Office Administrator

Toni has worked with PAO Horticultural since 1993. She has taken several roles in the company including Sales and Office Controller. Toni does a wonderful job of overlooking every aspect of the business and is considered a very valuable part of the company. As a plant enthusiast herself, Toni is happy to provide assistance on all of your gardening needs.
